Still Time For Ice Fishing

Ball Club Lake, Minnesota - Freshwater Fishing Report
Ball Club Lake- Northern Minnesota

Hey gang, there is still time to hook up some fat perch before the ice is out. We have been fishing 18 to 30 feet, depending on the barometer. The bigger fish seem to be consistently in the deeper range, but we are catching more fish in the shallower range. All the females are packed with roe and will soon be relating to shallower depths.

Small mimmows, tail hooked and fished within 2 inches of the bottom seem to be working well.

Get out there while we still have safe ice.

Happy Trails, Gus.
