Lake Huites, Mainland Mexico - Freshwater Fishing Report

Camp Manager George Felix reports fishing has slowed down a bit as some of the Giant Females Huites is known for have started heading back to deeper water.Most productive baits have been the swimbait,and Texas rigged lizards on the points and humps. The fishing should just get better and better as we head into early summer. I have seen stops produce in excess of 30 bass from 5 to 11 pounds this time of year.
