Last Mango Sportfishing Charters
The Mango fished again on Friday.
With very few boats offshore and no reports of action anywhere, we put our anglers on some hefty amberjacks first thing and then caught Bill Nu a 'birthday sailfish' just north of the Mulliphin in 180' of water. This fish was 'lit up' a neon blue like no other sail I had ever seen befor...e and put on a spectacular display of more than a dozen aerial leaps so close to the boat that we were ready to dive for cover on several occasions. We released the sail at the side of the boat in healthy condition! A dolphin for dinner and several critter bites rounded out the day.
