The fishing continues to be steady on the St Johns River as long as we either

have wind or clouds!!!! The day's we have neither it can be tough fishing.

I found this to be true on Lake Toho last week as well.

Our main target on the St Johns River has been scattered grass patches

in 2 to 6 ft of water right up next to the bank.Casting a Bitters Skip Shad

or a Texas rigged worm to these grass patches has been the best way to

catch the better fish the past week. Some trips we can catch 20 fish and other

days when the weather is not right we are only catching 5 or 10 fish but each

trip has produced a nice summer time fish in the 7 to 9 pound range.

I still have plenty of days open so please give me a call if you are interested

in fishing one of the best Trophy Bass Areas in Central Florida.

The St Johns River is located only minutes from Orlando,Disney World

Daytona Beach ,New Smyrna Beach and Cocoa Beach FL
