Started out with a slow morning, had the end of the tide and no current for some time. Picked a few bass on a couple drops waiting for the tide. Read plenty of fish and saw some bird life. Bite started around 12:00, Bass and Blues most of the fish on jigs, but we did catch a few on clams. Nice when you don't have twenty boats flying through the life...the fish actually do bite!!! Nice day on the water. Last nights trip was NG, had 2 keepers and a couple shorts. Started out jigging on some life in the bay., switched to clams till it got dark then put the eels on, caught the keepers on eels...past few nights have been (tough), to say the least! Capt.Ron
