Lots of life today, excellant bite! Hundreds of smaller fish being caught, but only a few keepers. Heard their still catching fish in Montauk, last season we had those fish after they left there. Just checked my log from last year and beleave it or not on Dec. 13th (tomorrow) we had BIG fish. We had excellant fishing from th 13th till the 20th, then we had a few days with the little ones again. Don't think it's over, decent weather should still produce some good fishing!! On another note, we had the South Jersey business meeting last night regarding SSFFF, despite the lousy weather, 50 hard working businessmen showed up and gave their support for SSFFF. Most of the guys already had a check in their pocket, realizing how important our fight is...Thanks to all who attended! Thanks to Maj. John Schwantes USMC (ret)who today gave me a check for $100 towards the fund! capt.ron
