Started the morning out in pea soup fog! Still hard to beleave after that tow boat incident that someone would venture out here without radar. Had a boat 20 yards in back of me on the way out....if I had to stop in an emergency, he would have been in my @*#! Smartin up! Tuned in the Radar to find the birds, got lucky and found a large area of fish between the channels, Bass and Blues. Very nice bite on the jigs, unlike yesterday where it took some doing to put a catch together. Richard Vogt/Whippany, N.J. had the pool fish at 14 pounds...his son lost the FISH of the Day...so he said!! I agreed, it had to be 30 pounds! Windy next couple of days, who cares as long as they bite.......capt.ron
