Took advantage of the weather break and pushed out early Saturday morning. There was still a bit of left over slop and swell from the howling winds of the previous week. A commercial fisherman was telling me about his boat and how long he fished, I saw his color change and he was feeding the fish last nights escapades surrounding his birthday celebration. Soon another followed. We started out with about 8 to 9 knots of breeze and a sharp little chop that prevented any speed. By late morning it was quite enjoyable for all. Lots of Sanddabs and 20 Dungeness, 7 rockcrab.
