Had My Good Regular Customer Al Durso Chartered out the Boat with the family visiting for the weekend. Brother Bill, Nadya, Brother in law Joe and Nephews Vincent and Gabriel rounded Out the crew...
Trip was supposed to be for Bottomfish and or Fluke to get the kids in some action... Headed Up the beach and the bass Blew up in front of us on way to the bottomfish ground...
Quickly set up and had both kids on 25+ lb bass... We landed 3 total and Lost twice as many... With a full live well we asked Al if he wanted to cont striper fishing or Go for fluke. Capt Allen Reel class said they were still biting down south... So we stuck with the bass.
Got on scene with our bunker and it was crazy Fishing... Big stripers fighting for the bunker just feet from the boat...
The Second Bass we Boated here was Nadya's First Striper Which she caught all By herself 44LBS she finished Up with her Limit with a 30lber... Not bad for her First 2 bass!!!
Cont catching and Got our Limit over 300lbs and Released a few to see another day...
Great seeing young kids catching big fish. It is what it is all about!!!
And again the women Pull fish just as good as the men!!!
