Went looking for the jig fish in the AM with a much nicer ocean today.

No such luck in the deep and inshore so we headed back up to do some clamming.

Conditions were the worst I've seen in a long time with the boat running up on the anchor no matter how we set up.

Started a slow, one one pick never did get hot...Just about slack tide 1:30 and time to come home we decided to make a drift on some birds that were scouting around. Glad we did.....

For the next 45 minutes it was non-stop action on fish up to 31 pounds!! Jigs, clams, didn't matter what we threw at them. 4-5 fish following the lures to the top. Many limits along with many happy customers. Another big Easter Rabbit outta the (*%*) Hat!
