Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 11/18/18

With the extreme cold lots of rain and an early winter in site bass fishing took a hit as it slowed tremendously, and the weather made fighting the elements a tough task. The bite is still in very similar locations over grass, near deep water some small fish in the back waters but patience was at a premium and you couldn’t miss your bites.

The difference in baits were more about winter baits like SPRO McRip jerk baits rocking over the grass and enticing fish that are feeding upward. Sitting in deep water fishing up to less than 8 ft. and being patient were keys. There was still a small rattle bait SPRO Aruka shad bite it was not as good as its been. Fish slow be patient and use your mind to entice bites is my best advise; in other words, think about your presentation and create bites.

Come fish with us we are taking bookings for 2019 and beyond, looking forward to fishing with you no one will treat you better or work harder to see you have a great day on the water.
