Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 2/29/20
With the up-coming Bassmaster classic directly in front of us this up-coming week; fishing on Guntersville is strong and should lead to some great 5 fish sacks at weigh-in. Yes, the change in weather affected the fishing as it started out strong in the beginning of the week and ended a little tougher as the week ended. This is typical February, but fishing is good, size is good, and numbers are typical for winter.
We stuck to our traditional February baits, SPRO Aruka shad rattle baits, SPRO rock crawlers, Picasso Shock Blades, Missile bait “48” stick baits and Tight-Line swim jigs. The bass are on the move once again you have to cover water until you get a bite then narrow down to the active area and cover it thoroughly making sure you take advantage of the fish grouping up that is typical in the winter.
Its time to book your trip on Guntersville I have days and guides available to fish with you no one will treat you better or work harder to make sure you have a great day the water I have days and guides available to fish with you.
