Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 2/22/20
You can’t complain about the fishing if you like the chance of catching big fish or maybe your personal best; numbers are tough, but size is great as we put a 9 lb. 2 oz and a 7 plus in the boat this past week during a small corporate trip. It’s for sure typical winter in North Alabama as fronts are coming through daily and changing your day, but when you find some big bites it makes it all worth it.
It’s not hard to find the right bait, its just hard to find the right location, we fished SPRO Aruka Shad rattle baits, SPRO rock Crawlers, Picasso Shock Blade chatter baits, and Tight Line swim jigs. Probable the toughest thing this week was getting to areas that you could find active fish where the current would allow you to stay on top of your bites, if you could the bass were grouped and you could have some fun.
Come fish with me I have guides and days available to fish with you no one will treat you better or work harder to make sure you have a great time on the water. We have the most experienced group of guides on Guntersville. We fish with great sponsor products, Lowrance Electronics, Ranger Boats, Mercury motors, Vicious Fishing, Navionics mapping, Duckett Fishing, Boat Logix mounts, Missile Baits, and more.
