Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 3/2/19
With all the rain and high muddy water and limited access to the lake this past week fishing is as good as any day this 2019 year has had to offer. Those that let the conditions keep you off the lake missed a great week of fishing. Unfortunately, I had some of my customers that would have had to drive from Illinois cancel as I was worried the lake would be difficult as ramps were closed and floating debris was abundant.
Those that braved the conditions found fish extremely active from 3ft. to 10ft. with the SPRO Aruka Shad rattle bait being my first choice on the water. My second choice was the Picasso Shock blade, Tight-Line Swim jigs rigged with Missile bait swim baits. We also fished Picasso spinner baits pitching the grass and lay downs.
Come fish with me I have days and guides available to fish with you, no one will treat you better or work harder to see you have a great day on the water. We fish with great sponsor products Lowrance Electronics, Ranger Boats, Boat Logix mounts, T&H marine, Duckett Fishing, Navionics mapping, Vicious fishing and more.
