Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 7/11/20
One would have expected a real big slow down this past week as the heat reaches some of the highest temperatures of the 2020 year; not the case in fact quite the opposite as fishing was strong for those that could stay focused. Good numbers, good size and some of the best fishing I have seen for the heat of the summer.
The baits we fished were typical summertime stuff with worms, Missile Bait 48 stick baits, SPRO crank baits and Picasso buzz baits and some action on Tight-Line swim jigs. It appears to me that the bite is there but you have to really focus on areas when you get bites and slow down to see if you can get some competition between the fish for your bait! Most of our action is in the 15 ft. of water ranger with some deeper if you find a school of fish.
Come fish with us I have days and guides available to fish with you, no one will treat you better or work harder to see you have a great time on the water. Want to entertain your customers lets put together a corporate trip to suit your needs. We fish with great sponsor products Lowrance Electronics, Ranger Boats, Mercury Motors, Boat Logix mounts, Vicious Fishing, Navionics mapping, Power Pole, Duckett Fishing and more.
