Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 7/4/20
This past week regardless of the heat and increasing traffic on the water with the up-coming holiday weekend was really good, the fish cooperated we caught fish most of the week, had some decent catches in size and numbers and saw some smiles over the week. The water temperature is picking up as is the outside temperature and moving forward will be more like summertime fishing for sure.
We stuck with most of our warm water baits, Tight-Line jigs and swim jigs, Picasso under spins in the windy mornings and Missile Bait 48 stick baits rigged several different ways to get bites and SPRO crank baits. There is some drop shot going on and flipping in the grass I have not gone there yet but it is getting close to changing up my presentation. We fished 18 to 20 ft. of water but there is shallow fish for those that want to flip.
Come fish with me I have days and guides available to fish with you. No one will treat you better or work harder to see you have a great day on the water. Looking for a trip this weekend call me, I can have you a guide. We fish with great sponsor products, Lowrance Electronics, Ranger Boats, Mercury motors, Boat Logix mounts, Duckett Fishing, Vicious Fishing, Navionics mapping, SPRO fishing, Power Pole and more.
