Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 9/8/18
Guntersville remains very spotty, as being at the right place at the right time seems to be the theme that continued last week. The change is that everyday we are seeing more big bait balls gathering in the back waters especially late in the evening; giving a strong feeling that the fall fishing is near.
One of the presentations producing some spot type fishing is the SPRO frog bite although as indicated its not everywhere it is possible to find a spot with some decent frog action and some good size fish. The numbers remain in that 10 to 14 ft. of water gathering and chasing; if you can hit a few of these active spots you can get some numbers real-quick; they will be small in most cases.
