Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 10/28/17
The fishing is still up and down, I guess this is just a year where the fall bite is different every day and finding a way to adjust to the constant change is the key to success. We saw water temps change a lot this past week with the surface temperature ranging from 63 to 73 degrees depending on where you were every day. The greatest change was the chasing going on as many areas of the lake had lots of schooling fish.
I worked several different baits this week depending on the activity had a lot to do with what bait I used. We fished SPRO jerk baits, SPRO rattle baits around schooling fish and went back to some of the traditional things I have been using for other presentations. Picasso spinner baits, Missile bait “48’ stick baits and Tight-Line swim jigs were my go too baits.
Come fish with me no one will treat you better or work harder to see you have a great day on the water. I am booking for 2018 and the rest of this year let’s get your dates set up and on the schedule. I have days and guides available to fish with you.
