Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 10/15/11
The lake is starting to produce again and some of the fun we are use to on Guntersville is back; that's right we have finally seen the fishing pick up and we are catching fish in good numbers and size once again! We started about a week ago to see some change toward the positive and this week was the best yet!
We have had some really good trips this week catching fish on a variety of baits and in a variety of different patterns. We have caught them on top with frogs, spooks and buzz frogs and caught them off grass on jigs, worms and crank baits. It's finally picking up and I hope that the future keeps getting better as we move toward winter!
There is a number of big tournaments on the lake over the next 2 weeks including the FLW Open and I expect the results to show some big improvement over what we have seen the last month or so! Come fish with me I have guides and days available to fish with you!
