Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 11/11/17
With the change of weather to some colder nights and windy afternoons the fishing has picked up considerably around the lake. There’s more chasing, more activity and you got a chance to use some bigger baits to attract some aggressive fish. There’s no doubt the bass are feeding up for the winter in the 8 to 10 ft. water patterns!
The change to some more aggressive bait allowed us to work Picasso buzz baits over scattered grass and found lots of schooling fish; we also found our SPRO rattle bait bite to be very good the chance of a 50 fish day was very good this week especially with the Aruka Shad. We continued our Spinner Bait use especially around humps and edges of grass where deeper water met up to the edges of the humps. We have a short window until the real cold and fishing will be very good until we hit that cold that shuts them down.
Come fish with me no one will treat you better or work harder to see you have a great day on the water. If you’re the fishing enthusiasts that fishes hard and wants a chance a great numbers and good size now is time to make it happen. I am booking for 2018 as well I have days and guides available to fish with you.
