Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 11/12/16
I believe it's safe to say that the bass on Guntersville are making some location changes to more traditional winter type spots. This past week my spots didn't hold up at all and I had to find some deeper water and different types of bottom structure to find the fish. We had to move to 10 to 14 type depths showing some movement off the shallow fall pattern we have seen for the last few weeks.
Baits remained mostly the same though as we still fished SPRO Little John XL crank baits as probably our best bait at least for some size. We also went back to Tight-Line swim jigs rigged with Missile Bait Shock Wave swim baits, I found that even though this was not my best bait all week it did give me a good change up for catching fish. We also still worked Picasso Lures buzz baits over grass early with mixed results but it did produce some bites and they were generally pretty good fish.
Come fish with me no one will treat you better or work harder to see you enjoy your day on the water. I have days and guides available to fish with you; we are booking for 2017 now, get your corporate dates set your personal fishing days ready to go and we will serve you well.
