Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 11/15/15
Just when we thought we were over the worst of the fall fishing and things started to look up the bright sunny week and high pressure over took us and the bass got back to hiding for some period of time during the day. This left to me an early bite and then again late afternoon bite for you to get into the fish. If you were hard core and could stay on that water from daylight to dark you probably did well during these two periods but became frustrated during the bright sunny part of the days.
Fishing is what it is no guide can change that but if you're persistent and willing to stay out and work at it fishing is still lots of fun and a great change from the everyday troubles we all struggle through in our lives.
My bait choice has not changed much over much of the fall; the frog bite is almost gone but outside of that my choices are moving to search baits like Punisher Spinner baits, Tight-Line swim jigs rigged with Missile Bait Shock Wave swim baits and SPRO Fat John 50' or 60's square bills; we are also working big worms again during the brightest part of the day. Come fish with me no will treat you better or make sure you have a great time on the water.
