Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 11/7/15
The lake is very positively showing some great signs of improvement, the grass has really loosened up and finding fish around the grass is much easier than it has been. The water temps even though they have come back up some appear to be pushing the cooler temps down the water table increasing the dissolved oxygen and the activity level of the fish.
With that in mind the increase in activity has allowed us to fish a few more search baits like SPRO Rattle baits, Missile Baits Shock Wave swim baits and more. There has not been a great improvement with search baits, but enough to get your confidence up on the water. The best presentation for us all week was a top water bite lead by the SPRO frog bite, where I believe the frog bite is as good as we are going to see this year; it may only last a week or more so if you're looking for that last frog fish of the season might be time to get back on the water.
It's been a tedious fall with a lot of frustration for sure but things appear to be picking up come fish with me, no one will treat you better or work harder to see you have some great times on Guntersville. I have days and guides available to fish with you we fish with great sponsor baits and more.
