Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 11-10-13
The past week has been just absolutely excellent as the bass are definitely on the move into fall patterns. It was a week of different weather, from wind, cold, sun clouds to all versions of weather but great fishing especially for the experienced fisherman. You had to dress warm, fight the wind but by day's end you found size and good numbers if you fished hard.
The good news was our bites have come on top as they should in the fall, finding bites from one end of the lake to the other; fishing SPRO frogs, buzz baits and a variety of walking baits. There were also some great bites on Tight-Line jigs with Missile Bait D-Bombs as trailers. We spent the week early searching with swim baits then moved to other presentations when we found them.
It will move quickly over the next few weeks and transition to winter type patterns, we have about a three week window to really have some fall fishing fun, so don't delay, I have some openings up until Thanksgiving so get your date set with me quickly!
