Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 3/19/16
If you're not into crowds, bent pole visitors and mayhem at the ramps well you probable got pretty frustrated this past week on the water. There was one day that I had to walk nearly a ½ of a mile to get from my parked truck to the ramp to get in my boat! I wonder what ever happen to the days when you honored others catching fish by staying off their spot and being proud they found a few bites; no more!
Yes it's was a fight every day this past week, fisherman everywhere and consideration for others nowhere; don't you just love it! Despite all the traffic and mayhem it was a pretty good week on the water; we had one day that it was pretty cold the night before and catching turned slow, but for the most part the fish were biting pretty good and catching was fun. The good news was the Tight-Line swim jig bite heated up; rigged with a Missile Bait Shock Wave swim bait, caught some good numbers and decent size fish. We also fished Tight-Line football jigs, senko's and big worms Missile Bait D-Stroyers and each had their time where they caught fish.
It's getting better every day the fish are moving up for the spawn the buck bass are active and catching is much better than it's been. Come fish with me no one will treat you better; I have days and guides available to fish with you. We fish with great sponsor baits, Duckett rods, Vicious line, Picasso Lures and many more.
