Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 3/29/15
I here every day from fisherman all over the lake that they are struggling to find any groups of fish that can take a day and make it great. Yes there is some fish being caught and some big fish but the days that make it easy are few for most of the visitors to the lake. It just appears to me we are in a pattern that has us 3 weeks behind what might be considered normal. In a conversation I had with the TVA group doing their normal shocking program recently it also seems evident that their numbers are up and down with everyday and every location on the lake; one day they shock up good numbers the next day not so much.
If there is a key to unraveling this year's mystery I have not found it, only to say fish hard dissect your favorite areas and be persistent until you find something that seems to work. This is what we do every day and sometimes it pays off with great results and others not so much. We keep fishing hard with several spring baits like SPRO Aruka Shad rattle baits and SPRO Baby Little John's crank baits, Tight line football jigs and swim jigs and Missile Bait D-Bombs being our main baits.
Come fish with me no one will treat you better, I have days and guides available to fish with you. I have licensed USCG Captains available to take you fishing!
