Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/17/15
This past week on Guntersville was just a blessing as the fish were relatively easy to catch, the most inexperienced fisherman found ways to catch those little green headed things we call bass. It for sure was a great week, a week where anyone and everyone had fun; the weather was great, the fishing was great and the people were great, can't get much better than that.
Most of the fish we caught came on several patterns, with the top water bite showing its head for me at the end of the week. The good news was if you wanted to fish deep, shallow or in-between you could find and catch them. Our baits for the week were, SPRO Little John Crank Baits, Tight-Line jigs Swim Jigs with Missile bait D-Bomb as trailers, Missile Bait D-Stroyers and D-Bombs Texas rigged and top water baits.
