Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/24/15

This past week showed some great fishing to most that hit the lake the later days though slowed some with the onset of a couple of high pressure days toward the end of the week. We caught fish most of the days with some good size and great numbers many of the days on the water.

The jig bite appears to picking up, fishing mainly Tight-Line football jigs ½ oz. in size with Missile Bait D-Bombs as trailers. The crank bait bite is excellent right now, cranking the deep ledges all around the lake, the problem is not everyone enjoys the work of deep crank bait so you have to fish different presentations to help others. The SPRO Little John DD 70 crank bait is my choice and it has been a killer for me. With the SPRO crank bait tournament this up-coming weekend 5/30/15 the lake is on fire for the crank baiter.

Come fish with me I have guides and days available to fish with you, no one will treat you better.
