Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/31/15
After a great week and some great fish caught in the SPRO crank bait tournament, giving a report is an easy task as the week was great, and catching fish was easy. I believe we have seen the best of Guntersville this past week, we will turn to more of a summertime bite going forward but what we experienced this past week and month was some great times on the water.
Looking back on the baits we used, most of our week was all about SPRO crank baits but the we had great success on Tight-Line football jigs with Missile Bait D-Bombs as trailers, we also started most of our days on the water looking for a top water bite fishing a variety of top water lures.
Fishing is great there is certainly more good days ahead and I believe we can expect more of the same thru the month of June; the day might be a little shorter with the heat taking the fun out of it but for sure 6hrs should be great timing. Fishing in the morning or late evening should be plenty of time to have some great fun. Come fish with me no one will treat you better, I have days and guides available to fish with you.
