Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/12/13
The month of May has been as good as it gets anywhere in the country for bass anglers; this past week more of the same with great numbers, good size and lots of fun. It has just been an amazing run with the bass making fishing easy all week long. The only challenge for the week was which ramp to use in order to stay away from the large number of tournaments.
The week brought for me some of the best fun I have had in a long time, not only was the fishing great but the customers were just a pleasure to be around. We fished corporate trips, family trips and some pre-tournament anglers and watched them all have big smiles and catch gobs of fish all week long.
I must admit if I only brought out one bait all week long the Missile Bait D-bomb would have been the winning presentation; it just kept on producing all week! Fishing is just great there is much more to come and you can enjoy some of the best catching of the year.
