Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/4/13
If you let the elements control you this past week, the wind and rain or just odd weather all together probably frustrated you; we however made the elements our friend used the wind and rain to find fish and had a great week on the water. We had daily catches as high as 59 fish with decent size most of the week. Our biggest fish was 8.1 lbs. caught on a worm! With plenty of 3 to 5 lb, fish caught on a variety of baits.
Our bait choice was pretty simple most the week was all about some variety of soft plastic baits, or Tight-Line football head jigs and Spro DD crank baits. The best day produced 10 fish between 4 and 7 lbs. and numbers in the 30's for catches. A week and day from heaven, with some great customers and friends.
