Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 6/20/10
Extremely hot weather this past week made for some extremely uncomfortable days on the water, if you were on the water past 11 am it was physically demanding to say the least. The bass however early or late in the day were easy to catch, and if you could stay out there during this heat and didn't mind fishing deep you could still catch them up into the mid part of the day.
My customers managed anywhere from 10 to 25 fish a day depending on how many hours we were on the water. There were slow times but the bites were still there and you could still have some fishing fun despite the hot weather. The bigger fish this past week were hard to find, you really had to find the strength to have endless patience to find a big bite.
The flipping bite is strong with Tight-Line jigs and big worms, deep cranking was still a strong pattern, and when you were just looking for bites fishing a G0-2-Bait 10 inch were produced most days.
Fishing is good, just hot! Come fish with me I have days available to fish with you.
Don't forget Lowrance Demo Day will be announced shortly, email me or call me for details on viewing the Lowrance Structure Scan on the water with me and Lowrance team being available for questions.
