Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 6/6/10
This past week on Guntersville, I personally was on vacation, but several friends and guides took my trips and here is there week in a nut shell. Most of the days my partners caught 30 or more bass a day fishing from the State Park to BB Comer Bridge.
The early and late bite was mainly top water bites using SWL Buzz baits and pop-r and some Tru-Tungsten frogs. The middle of the day was a variety of baits fishing from 3 to 15 ft of water with Go-2-Baits big paddle worm, Tight-Line jig in black and teal color and swimming swim bait off the grass edges.
My customers enjoyed a good week on the water; they had good days and were well taken care of! The bite is still strong, there is plenty of action and there is more to come! The good times are here, I am recommending a 6 hour summer time beat the heat special for $250.00 for up to 2 people. It gets you off the water before the extreme heat of the day, and is just long enough to find some good fish!
