Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 9/1/12
Guntersville is slowly coming to life, the over cast skies and light wind made for some pretty good fall fishing. The top water bite got better every day and the fish have definitely showed some movement to the creeks and shallow water.
The other good news is that every day we see some erosion of the thick grass adding to the improvement of the frog bite. The shorter day, light wind and rain has all added up to holes in the grass and better activity every day. The bite along the edges of the grass is also good we managed several fish this week with buzz frogs and spooks along the outside edge of the grass.
Fishing is good, picking up every day and we are catching fish most days all day long, the great thing about fall fishing is when it's on it's easy and we are close!
