Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 9/28/14
The fall bite came in this week like a tornado, knocking down some past 3 month records with big fish and big numbers. We were seeing a positive progression and by Friday it was on; catching fish on several power fishing presentations!
We started each day fishing Secret Weapon buzz baits, spooks catching active fish early in the day; as each day progressed the SPRO Fat John 60 square bill got hot along with my most consistent bait of the last few months a Tight-Line swim jig rigged their newest color Thread Fin Shad with a Missile Bait Shock Wave swim bait!
Your typical fall places are holding fish from docks to the back end of the creeks; you just have to fish consistently look for activity and you'll find the bass.
