Fraser River Salmon and Sturgeon fishing report from Brian Mack @ Silversides Fishing Adventures:

Pink salmon have invaded the Fraser river and fishing is INCREDIBLE! Limits of 4 fish/day are easy to get for all our clients and then we are off Sturgeon fishing and catching very big fish!. Fly fishing or light tackle spoons and jigs are the best methods for catching these aggressive biters(Pinks).

Chinook salmon bar fishing should pick up any day now and produce well until about Oct 10. Coho salmon are closed on the Fraser river but re opens October 8th. Chum salmon retention is allowed, 2 fish/day.

Sturgeon fishing is very very good lately and very fat powerful acrobatic fish are being encountered! Fish up to 8 feet are common lately and bigger fish are in the system. We are having a November Sturgeon fishing deal, 4 ppl for $650, 8 hrs, Nov 7-30. There is really good fishing and very few boats on the water. Take advantage of the great fishing and scenery.
