Once again have been hammered by strong gale forced winds off Sydney, however in between the horror we sneak out and there has been some amazing catches. How does Southern bluefin to 235 lb, big eye to 180lb and yellowfin to 176 lb sound?.Well that's the yarn from down under.

We have also been catching some great snapper in close as well.

Our winter weather has been wild and wooley but it will settle and there will be some great catches to report. Sydney because of its adjacent sea mounts and canyons has some of the best tuna grounds in the country Last year my son Glenn On his boat BILLFISHER and on my boat BROADBILL caught yellowfin from June to late November , rarely missing out. The fish ranged up to 150lb However this season the big boys have arrived and it looks like being even better I will post photos There are better shots on our site www.gamefishingcharters.com.au for those interested

Regards to all from the land Downunder
