Fishing on Val,s B Day off the coast of fort Lauderdale
June 20th, 2013
Today we had a shared charter with Meg and her daughter Val from Chicago O by the way Happy 14th birthday Val. We also had Justin from Utah.
Today turned out to be a blast trolling the reef and landing lots of bonitos along with a couple kingfish and one big jack carvel.
Meg and Val we are looking forward to fishing with you again tomorrow and Justin we'll see you on Saturday.

Giant Sailfish off Fort Lauderdale
June 17th, 2013
Today we had a father and son team Greg and Greg out of West By God Virginia.
We started out trolling and trolling was good with 1 kingfish, a bunch of bonitos and a couple Mahia Mahias.
Ok skunk out of the box and time to go for the big one.
In came all the trolling gear and out went the kites with live baits suspended from them along with a couple shark baits set down deep.
All of a sudden out of nowhere came this sailfish. With in seconds we were Hooked Up and Greg J.R. had the rod.
This was a good 25 min back and forth tug a war but when it was all said and done WOW well just look at this picture!!!
This was one MONSTER SAILFISH.
