Some people just have that "juju" and my fiance Jeanny has that "juju". On another day off we went down the road to Everglades National Park with her niece and her husband. Valentina and Sandy hadn't fished before and they were really excited, I was too, I love this place. The first few spots were slow but once the tide bottomed out it was on! Jeanny landed a big trout and refused to take a picture with it while it was alive while the rest stayed busy losing a few nice fish and catching small sharks and jacks. Then a few spots later the tide started coming in and they caught redfish, snook, sharks and more. However, Jeanny caught a nice redfish and a big snook which means....she got a "Grand Slam"! Sandy and Valentina also caught snook and redfish during a frantic non stop window of about an hour where fishing was on fire. I couldn't help it and I grabbed a bonefish rod with a Mirodine and hooked fish on almost every cast resulting in a grand slam of my own with snook, redfish and trout. Just like that, the wind cranked up to about 25 MPH within 45 seconds so we called it a day and headed home reveling in grand slam glory.
