Hi Fisherman's, Fishing in December have been great. It is winter time for us but it always summer for us (84f to 90f). Tarpon have been eating very aggressive. Average of strikes in a 4hrs trip is at least 2 to 4 strikes, with some days with over 10 strikes. Fishing in Puerto Rico is great and you don't need Passport.
