Bob Morrell

Had our last charter for the year today, Mark, Joe, JJ and Smitty were onboard, the boys were originally scheduled for Tues but it was a blow out.

Left a little early and found fish immediately upon breaking into the Ocean.....just used AVA-47's and crippled Herrings, good mix of fish size wise. Each kept their two keepers and a bonus fish....Capt Bob even was able to land two nice keepers (as the boys got tired from jigging) all fish kept were between 31-40" released over 60 other fish. This was the way to end the season. (Smitty did loose a monster at the boat, she was well over 30 )

Will be down cleaning the boat out tomorrow (I might take a run out with Capt Mike and land a few more) and the boat goes to sleep on Sunday.

It was a good year and we had a lot of great people onboard, a lot of people had their personal bests this season. Looking forward to next season.

Will be spending the off season tying rigs, getting the equipment ship-shape, setting up at local fishing shows and jumping onboard some of the local boats (real relaxing when you are not this boss )

We wish to thank all who have sailed with us and may you have a Merry christmas and Safe and Happy New Year.
