Salmon options on Fraser river is HOT: Fraser river Chinook(King salmon) fishing is currently very good and retention is allowed. You want to be booked sometime between now and Oct 10th. We recommend booking your Chinook salmon fishing trip for Sept 15 - October 10 for the best guided fishing. Fraser river Chinooks aka King salmon average 20-25 lbs and are one of the best eating salmon anywhere! Coho show up by early October as do Chums. Coho was very good the last 2 years from Oct 7 to Nov 7th. Chums will run right into late November and provide good fly action too.
