We left the harbor around 6:15am and arrived on the area that I had fished the day before, the fishing was good the day before so I figured that it would be good that morning too, the only thing was that there weren't as many boat's the day before as there was this morning. Anyway we were using the cast and countdown method, which is when you cast and count to 5 or 10 slowly and then start a slow retrive, this really started to work well, because from the time we got there I had someone on the boat yelling FISH ON almost constantly, all I had time to do was net fish and that's great for me and my customer's, we had 31 fish on two slides but it slowed a little on the next slide due to boat traffic runinng over shallow fish so I moved out away from the other boat's and that worked as we finished up on the next slide, in all we caught 42 walleye in about 3 and 1/2 hrs, now that's pretty darn good action in anybody's fishin hole.
