Started the morning with the clams again today, only problem was, we never had a bite on 2 drops. Lost the tide and didn't read enough life to wait for the change. Put the jigs on and headed down the beach. Played chase the birds the rest of the day, catching big blues. Did manage 2 Stripers that had to go back. The past few days we have had an incredible amount of peanut bunkers in the harbor, the bluefish have been chasing them under the docks...we catch a few right in the slip!! Can you imagine leaving the dock and anchoring in the harbor, life would be good!! Capt.ron
