This report is for the last few weeks. The fishing for numbers seems to be good catching 20-35 a day which makes for fun days. Mornings have been the best time of day as far as numbers of bites and quality bites. The last few days the big fish of the day has come in the first few casts of the day. The water has been up and down which messes with the frog fish and makes the flippin bite unpredictable. The best baits have been the Strike King Recon worm, 1 oz hack Attack jig flippin matted and scattered grass, and KVD Sexy Frog over matted and scattered grass. Best depths have been 5-9ft on the worm, 7-12 flipping and 2-7 on the frog. The grass is really looking good and starting to die in places which will make a great frog bite.
