Jim Harrison and Chris Avilla took the Huli Cat donation at the Coastside Fishing Trip Anuual Dinner. Today was the day they opted to go. The Farallon Islnds were out as the winds were 20 gusting to 25 knots. We fished local. It was a pick and scratch bite, some times with more picking than scratching, sometimes with more scratching than picking. Ended the day with 15 limits of rockfish and 6 lingocd. Nice vermillions and big brownies made up the larger items. Chinas, blues and yellowtail helped fill out the sacks. 2 folks got their California Fishing Passport books stamped. A little rolly at times, but the anglers finally got it done. Fished Three Rocks, San Gregorio and ended the day at Martins Beach.
Saturday's Whale Watch cancelled, maybe a trip Sunday?
