Well the weather broke at last!with high and muddy water i thought it was going to be a tough day.we started in topsail with a good bit with 9 trout in the 3-4 lb range, then proceeded to riches inlet where the water was the worst. we had a few trout but the flounder were on fire!! after a hour or so there we hit masons on the rising tide.the fist stop , bamm!the trout were there, the water was clear and moving good.all the fish caught were on a clear swim bait on the bottom.
