Had Justin, the 2 Jays , Vinny and Danny out for a 2pm to 7pm inshore drift trip.

We started out in J bay on the Ebb Tide in 25 to 50 ft 71 deg water around the bend. Caught a few keeper weakies and a few shorts.

Moved a little towards the ramp and had a bunch of keeper porgies and a few shorts and 1 short striper, a few short blackfish and a seabass.

We switched over to fluke and had 2 keepers and a few shorts when the tide started to die we had nothing but robins, so we made a move over to CI flats had a few more shorts and a keeper on the tide change.

On the way home the birds were up by kingsborough so we made a few passes and caught a few small cocktails. Although the fishing wasn't stellar the guys had a blast . These guys really know how to have fun a great group . Looking forward to there next trip in Sept.
