Happy New Year!!
First Report of 2015.
January started with Heavy winds and swells, most of our fishing was done in the Caribbean side fishing protected in the south west of Vieques. Scored everything from Cudas, Snappers, king fish, black fin and mahi mahi. By the third week of January the seas and specially the wind calmed down making the fishing in the Pr Trench very pleasant.
The Trench was producing Mahi Mahi, Skip jacks and on the shallows King macks , also cudas.
Had the invitation to fish the SER Tournament out of Club Nautico San Juan aboard the Antillana this past weekend releasing a white marlin and boarding a few mahi and wahoo.
We are looking forward to fish the February moon now in the beginning of the month to see how the Bilfish are behaving.
