Making our run to the bars East of the Ft. Pierce inlet at first morning light and dropping our baits on the inshore bars has produced some of the best fishing action. Kingfish are schooled up on the bar and those looking for almost non stop action this is a sure bet. If you can find live bait this is the best method, however slow trolled ballyhoo and drone spoons on trolling leads or downriggers is also producing good catches. As for the Dolphin action it has slowed slightly due to the West winds, however once the winds change direction we are looking for more to be caught.
